Cooler weather marks the start of “our season” at Rainbow Lodge. It’s the time of year when the harvest is celebrated, the decorations go up, and the fireplaces cast a warm glow. Let us help you bring some exciting Lodge flavors home with our popular Thanksgiving Carry Out Menu!
Make executive chef Mark Schmidt’s roasted game meats the stunning centerpiece of your table. The numerous poultry choices include: duck, pheasant, goose, partridge and, of course, turkeys. Hearty buffalo tenderloin, venison and elk also are welcome, off-the-beaten path additions to the Thanksgiving table.
When guests arrive, they’ll appreciate a warm appetizer. Start them off with Rainbow Lodge customers’ perpetual favorite: Smoked Duck Gumbo with andouille sausage and wild rice pilaf. For a conversation-starter, try the Buffalo and Black Bean Chili.
Of course, after a Thanksgiving meal, guests want a little sweet something at the end. Satisfy and surprise them with a pan of our Croissant Bread Pudding With Whiskey Sauce or a bourbon pecan pie (or two).
For those who didn’t cook at home and end up with leftovers, Rainbow Lodge’s traditional Thanksgiving Day “Late Night” Snack Packs are the perfect solution. For only $5, get just enough roast turkey, dressing and gravy for a sandwich or a light meal.

Rainbow Lodge is located at 2011 Ella near TC Jester. We’re open all day Tuesdays through Sundays (closed Mondays but still available for private parties) and serve lunch as well as dinner. Our hours are 11:30 a.m. until 10 p.m. Tuesdays through Fridays and 5:30 to 10 p.m. on Saturdays. Sunday brunch is from 10:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. then Sunday Supper starts at 4:30 p.m.
