Are you ready for a dining experience customized to your tastes, dietary needs and preferences? Phat Eatery’s new FEED ME menu is the perfect way to take a flavor-packed journey of culinary discovery. Instead of choosing straight from the menu, guests share their specific culinary desires and let the kitchen do the rest.

Here’s how it works: upon arrival, your server will ask questions such as spice preferences, food allergies and ingredient likes and dislikes. He or she will then share your responses with the kitchen, where the cooks will create a customized six-course meal that reflects those preferences. The fun is in not knowing what will end up on the table — but with the assurance that it will absolutely taste delicious!

One selection that may be part of your custom menu is Phat Eatery’s Beef Rendang, which just won Lone Star Entrée Champion Reserve from among hundreds of dishes served at the recent Houston Rodeo Uncorked! Best Bites Competition. It’s made with beef banana shank, coconut curry and potato. Other choices include Roti Canai, a flaky, layered flat bread paired with curry dip, savory Sizzling Tofu and noodle dishes galore, among a slew of others.

The Feed Me! menu is available daily during dinner, including weekends. The cost is $38 per person, and while everyone at the table must participate, the minimum table size is only two people. We invite you to come hungry and be ready for your very own customized culinary adventure.
