Are you looking for a unique, customized dining experience geared toward your individual tastes, dietary needs and preferences? The FEED ME menu at Phat Eatery offers all this packaged in a flavorful culinary adventure. Just share your culinary desires with your server, and the kitchen does the rest!
The FEED ME menu is available daily from open until close. The cost of this multicourse experience is an affordable $45 per person, and while everyone at the table must participate, the minimum table size is only two people. Of course, the more people who dine, the more variety there is to experience! Dishes are presented family style, which makes it easy to sample a taste of everything.
Here’s how it works: upon arrival, your server will ask questions such as spice preferences, food allergies and ingredient likes and dislikes. He or she will then share your responses with the kitchen, where the cooks will create a customized, six-course meal. The fun is in not knowing what will end up on the table — but with the assurance that it will absolutely taste delicious!
What might you receive? There are many possibilities, but your meal may include starters such as flakey, buttery Roti Canai flat bread and enticing Satay Skewers. Main courses that may land on your table include Phat Eatery’s award-winning Beef Rendang (tender beef and potatoes in rich and flavorful Malaysian coconut curry), savory Sizzling Tofu, Kerabu Prawns (chilled, fresh jumbo prawns paired with tangy pickled green papaya, fresh sweet mango, crunchy peanuts and toasted black sesame seeds) or any number of chicken, beef, vegetable, noodle or rice dishes. That latter could include Malaysian Fried Rice, Sweet Basil Fried Rice and Pineapple Fried Rice that each include chicken, beef and shrimp with various fruits and vegetables, or the classic Malaysian coconut-flavored dish Nasi Lemak.
Some of Phat Eatery’s newest offerings include five varieties of housemade dim sum such as BBQ Pork Buns and Shrimp & Pork Dumplings, and housemade Malaysian ice cream. The latter come in three decadent flavors: Pandan (coconut, milk and curry), Ube (fresh purple potato) and Durian (fresh Musang King durian).

Phat Eatery is open seven days a week.
