Wine Fair Cy-Fair is returning for its ninth year on Saturday, March 28 from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. The festivities are taking place at Cypress Village Station at Highway 90 and Skinner Road. Attendees can look forward to not only choosing from over 200 wines to sample, but also small bites from over 40 food vendors, including H-E-B, which is hosting a big Culinary Corner display. Participating restaurants include BB’s Tex-Orleans, The Backyard Grill and CAKE Fine Pastry. The complete list of eateries serving food is available online.
A portion of the proceeds is being donated to REACH Unlimited, a non-profit organization that supports people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. It’s currently developing a Learning Activity Center, which offers comprehensive programs and services.

Those who aren’t big wine fans will still find plenty to do at the festival. Head over to the craft beer garden, visit local artisan and vendor booths or burn off some calories by dancing to live music.
Here are just a few of the wineries and breweries offering samples:
- Alexander Valley Vineyards
- Becker Vineyards
- Constellation Brands
- Delicato Family Vineyards
- Freixenet Mionetto USA
- Guinness
- Rodney Strong Vineyards
- The Wine Group
- Trinchero Family Estates
