Clearly, Houstonians are wild about breakfast. Snooze, an A.M. Eatery, has found enough of a fan base that it announced via press release that it is adding two locations. These are in addition to the one that opened just last year at 3217 Montrose.

The first of the new spots from the Denver-based company will be in Town & Country Village. It is currently expected to open in May. A Heights location at Lowell Street Market is anticipated to follow in September. Hours are from 6:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. daily.

In addition to classic and modern breakfast, brunch and lunch selections, the restaurant is also known for its breakfast- and brunch-appropriate cocktails, like bloody marys and the Snooze Fashioned, a riff on an Old Fashioned that includes coffee and a blueberry shrub.
