Restaurants, Shops and More Offering Black Friday Deals in Houston for 2022

Black Friday is upon us once again. This year, it’s on November 26, and the frenzy will begin as early as Thanksgiving night for some eager shoppers, then continue through the weekend and into Cyber Monday. While this is the best time of year to splurge on a new TV or replace that old washer that wakes the neighbors, why not take the opportunity this year to spend locally and support a small Houston business? For your shopping consideration, we’ve compiled a list of local shops, restaurants and breweries offering Black Friday deals throughout the Houston area.

13 Celsius, 3000 Caroline: This cozy Midtown wine bar and market will launch its annual Holiday Wine Sale on Black Friday. The sale will kick off online on November 25 and end at 11:59 p.m. on Sunday, December 4. Shoppers can browse a selection of rare and unique wines from around the world and place multiple orders during the annual 10-day sale.

City Cellars HTX, 1801 Binz: Start your Small Business Saturday celebrations with a boozy brunch this weekend. This Museum District venue with chef-crafted menus and a creative cocktail list is actually closed on Black Friday, but is open on Saturday and Sunday with buy-one-get-one-free glasses and carafes of mimosas.

DR Delicacy, 1291 North Post Oak: Houston’s premiere supplier of fine truffles, caviar and other gastronomic luxuries is offering 50% off tickets to Truffle Masters 2023, the annual cooking competition hosted by DR Delicacy founder Diane Roederer. It brings together the best chefs from around the city to create exquisite truffle dishes for judges and guests alike. Tickets for the much-lauded event will be 50% off this Black Friday, and can be purchased online.
Imperial Wine, 106 Bay View Drive: Sugar Land-area wine lovers need not look far for a local business to support this weekend. This shop is offering Black Friday specials on a wide selection of natural wine and international bottles. The shop is offering its “natty wine bags”, featuring light-and-citrusy 2021 Muscadet white and Mon Coeur 2020 Cotes du Rhone organic red. Also, discounts of up to 10% will be given on the shop’s best-selling bottles from winemakers around the world. Gift cards are available as well.

KP’s Kitchen, 8412 Katy Freeway: If you have kids and plan to do your shopping on the west side of Houston this Black Friday, stop at this restaurant for lunch or dinner to treat yourself and r and feed the kids for free. On Friday only, enjoy one free kid’s meal with the purchase of an adult meal.
Local Foods Market, 2424 Dunstan: This Small Business Saturday, get a jumpstart on your holiday shopping with Local Foods Market’s pop-up Holiday Gift Market from 10:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. The Rice Village shop will host dozens of vendors including Madame Zero, Sanford Winery, Chilequiles, Gouleu Chocolatier, Mama Vann’s Jerky and Tatemada. There will be dozens of wines and beers to sample and purchase and locally-made artisan gifts such as Pop Soap Astros candles, Katz Coffee, Blood Bros BBQ sauce and so much more.

Palace Social, 4191 Bellaire: This Bellaire/West U entertainment destination featuring bowling alleys, arcade gaming, VR experiences, multi-sport simulator bays, dining, drinks and is offering steep Black Friday discounts on large gift card purchases. That includes 33% off a $1,500 gift card (you pay $1,000) and 23% off a $650 gift card (you pay $500). That’s probably enough to entertain a family or friends for much of 2023. R-C Ranch, 2520 Airline: This Black Friday or Cyber Monday, give your friends and family the gift of locally-raised, high-quality meat delivered straight from the source. Twin Liquors, Multiple Locations: This Black Friday, Twin Liquors is offering discounts on over 70 giftable spirits at all locations. Find deals on spirits across all categories, including Isle of Harris Gin 750ml on sale for $50.99, Herradura Añejo Ultra Tequila 750ml on sale for $55.24, Highland Park 12-Year Single Malt Scotch 750ml on sale for $50.99, and much more. Urban South Brewery, 1201 Oliver: This Sawyer Yards brewery is hosting Black Friday festivities and specialty beer releases. The Houston taproom is hosting a family- and pet-friendly Harry Potter movie night featuring Harry Potter & The Deathly Hallows Part 1 playing on the projector screen. That same night, the brewery is releasing three barrel-aged, limited-availability beers, including Pecan Sandies, a 10% ABV pecan stout that’s been aged in Castle & Key bourbon barrels; Slumber Party, an 11% ABV stout that’s aged in both Buffalo Trace and Heaven Hill barrels; and Midnight Snax, another 11% ABV barrel-aged stout with hints of chocolate, toasted marshmallow and graham crackers. All three will be available for purchase at the Houston tap room on Friday, November 25. Quantities are extremely limited.

William Price Distilling, 970 Wakefield: This beloved Heights distiller is offering 20% off gift boxes all Black Friday weekend (ending Sunday, November 27) and buy-one-get-one-free old fashioneds (first round only). Distillery gift boxes include one featuring a bottle of Rye 101, rye finished in sherry, coffee liqueur, two tasting glasses, stickers and coasters. In addition to these Black Friday deals, online shoppers who pick up in-store can earn $25 off an order of $100 until December 25 with code 25TIL25, and nationwide shipping orders of at least $100 will receive a free gift.
