The RARE Steak Championship is coming to POST Houston food hall at 401 Franklin in downtown Houston on October 19. It starts at 6 p.m. and is billed as the city’s first competition focused on Prime steak. The event is co-sponsored by POST Houston, Buckhead Meats, William Grant & Sons (makers of The Balvenie, Hendricks Gin and other well-loved spirits) and DiningOut Events. Twenty-four Houston chefs are competing that they’re the best with the beef.
