Enjoy Unlimited Sips & Bites at Taste Of The Town in Pasadena

Taste Of The Town is returning to Pasadena on November 2! Enjoy sips and small bites from over 30 area restaurants and beverage distributors. Hosted by the Pasadena Chamber of Commerce, this fun event also features a live auction, shopping vendor expo and outdoor market sponsored by the Pasadena Economic Development Corporation. It’s all happening at the Pasadena Convention Center & Fairgrounds at 7902 Fairmont Parkway from 5 to 9 p.m.
“Taste of the Town is our largest annual fundraiser, and it brings us so much joy to see our community come together for a night filled with food, fun and fundraising!” said Erin Webb, Vice President of the Pasadena Chamber of Commerce.” “It excites us to see new restaurants joining us each year, and guests are sure to find something to delight their palates.”

The theme this year is “Deep In The Heart of Texas”, so feel free to wear your best cowboy or cowgirl duds! Tickets are ON SALE NOW and cost only $30 for general admission and $50 for VIP. VIP ticket holders get early entrance at 4 p.m. Bring the family; kids’ tickets are $20. In addition, a few sponsor packages are still available, as well as discounted ticket packs for groups of 10 or more. Go online for additional information on ticket levels and pricing.
Participants can vote on their favorite restaurants for the People’s Choice Award at the event! In addition, 50 local and media judges will be voting on winners for award categories such as barbecue, beverage, specialty, Latin and casual dining. There’s also a competition for students enrolled in Pasadena ISD’s culinary programs.

Notable auction items include amazing vacation packages to top destinations such as Golden Nugget Casino and the Great Smokey Mountains of Tennessee as well as fishing and hunting trips! There are nearly 30 auction packages to bid on, and some of them include memorabilia to warm the hearts of sports fans.
