Say farewell to 2019 and ring in 2020 with two sensational soirées at Rainbow Lodge! For New Year’s Eve, Executive Chef Mark Schmidt and Beverage Director Marc Borel are pulling out all the stops for a memorable send-off. Dig into a three-course dinner with a complimentary glass of welcome bubbles for $79 per person excluding beverage, tax and gratuity.

The starter choices include Fried Texas Quail Bites, The Lodge’s famous Smoked Duck Gumbo and Seared Sea Scallops. For entrées choose from among luxurious Lobster Tail and Caviar with black truffle pappardelle pasta, smoked trout roe and wild mushrooms, hearty Grilled North American Elk Chop with winter potato and green chile enchiladas, the truly decadent Field And Stream Duo of a Grilled Buffalo Medallion and Chargrilled Alaskan King Crab Leg with roasted garlic butter, crispy cracked potato, and kale and onion hash (there is a $14 supplement for the duo), and Thai Style Vegetable Curry (vegetarian) brimming with bok choy, Kabocha squash, snow peas, mushrooms, and Jasmine rice.

Make the celebration richer by adding Seared Foie Gras, Lobster Tail, or Christmas Potato Enchilada to any meal for additional cost. For a perfect way to bring in 2020, choose one of our classic  desserts: Warm Honey Crisp Apple Crostata, Chocolate Bourbon Pecan Pie or Warm Croissant Bread Pudding.

Choose from seating times from 5 to 10 p.m. Our cozy atmosphere with blazing fireplaces and rustic-chic decor ensures a relaxing yet sophisticated affair.

Extend the revelry with a Southern Style New Year’s Day Brunch from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. on January 1. Choose from an a la carte menu of Gulf Coast-inspired entrées such as savory and tender Lump Blue Crab Cakes, rich and saucy Short Rib Benedict, warming Smoked Duck Gumbo and cool, crisp Lobster Wedge Salad. There’s also our classic Field Breakfast, Brioche French Toast and Steak and Eggs. A variety of add-ons include fried oysters, peppered bacon, and white cheddar grits. Don’t forget to order Traditional Black Eyed Peas simmered with ham hock and garden greens for good luck! Salute 2020 with Texas Bloody Marys, Bellinis, Boozy Hot Cocoa and a fabulous Champagne list.

Rainbow Lodge will be closed on December 25 and December 26.
