Celebrate Crawfish Season With Specials at The Houstonian Hotel, Club & Spa
Crawfish season is here, and those who want to eat them without wrestling them out of the shells should check out Executive Chef Neal Cox’s elegant crawfish dishes at TRIBUTE at The Houstonian and Manor House! At the same time, enjoy the historic and beautiful environment of The Houstonian Hotel, Club & Spa.
There are three dishes from which to choose on TRIBUTE’s dinner menu. Select Crawfish Stuffed Artichoke with lemon drawn butter for $18, Pompano en Papillote (Pompano baked in parchment) with crawfish, sherry, mushrooms, lemon for $32 or Crawfish Hushpuppies with chorizo aioli for $9. Dinner is served daily from 5 to 10 p.m. Call (713) 685-6713 for reservations.
At lunchtime, dive into Manor House’s creamy Crawfish Bisque with green onion and a garlic rouille (garlic sauce) for only $10. The rich soup makes a lovely starter or entrée when accompanied by a fresh green salad. The bisque is available on the lunch menu from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Call (713) 685-6840 for reservations.
Don’t wait to try these elegant and flavorful dishes. Crawfish season ends sometime around June, and once they’re gone, these will be, too! We look forward to seeing you at The Houstonian.
