Best Donuts of Pearland, 9430 Broadway. Known as the “House of the B-Day Donut,” this neighborhood favorite has been serving the community since 2000. Owner Linda Nhear is passionate about giving back and has built more than just a doughnut shop: she has created a local gathering place for the community. For many families in the Silverlake area, a stop at her shop is part of their morning routine before school. In addition to Best Donuts’s everyday favorites, they create custom doughnuts for birthdays, baby showers, sporting events, and just about any celebration you can imagine. Their best-selling treat is the classic old-fashioned donut, and regulars know to keep an eye out for the delicious weekend specials—especially the delicious fritters in peach, pineapple and mango .

Donuts Kolaches and Tacos Pearland, 6125 Broadway. Family-owned and -operated since 2001, this local favorite has been serving up sweet treats and breakfast items for more than two decades. Located right next door to the Pearland Chamber of Commerce, it is known not only for delicious doughnut but also for kolaches and breakfast tacos. For the tacos, the housemade tortillas and flavorful green salsa have also become customer must-haves. When it comes to doughnuts, some of the most-loved varieties include classic glazed, sprinkle-covered, and chocolate-covered. The shop also recently added the Happy Birthday Donut to their menu, a colorful glazed doughnut topped with sprinkles, filled with a little doughnut hole in the center and, of course, the perfect finishing touch: a candle!

Golden Donuts, 2746 Manvel: This sweet spot has been making a big impression over the past five years. The first thing you’ll notice is the vibrant display case filled with doughnut that are as fun to look at as they are to eat. But it’s not just the eye-catching colors that set them apart—it’s the creative flavors, too. Take the Maple Bacon Donut, for example. This isn’t just a sprinkle of bacon bits on top—it’s topped with strips of bacon for the perfect sweet and savory combination. Some of the most popular selections include blueberry, classic glazed, and the highly sought-after croissant donut. These delicious creations sell out quickly, so be sure to arrive early if you want to try one!

Parlor Doughnuts, 15818 South Highway 288. The Pearland location of this chain specialty shop that has been open just little over a year. It’s known for its signature layered doughnuts made in small batches. These handcrafted treats are as beautiful as they are delicious. The menu is filled with creative flavors that keep customers coming back, such as the French Toast doughnut with a maple glaze, a drizzle of maple syrup and a dusting of cinnamon sugar. The Campfire captures all the flavors of a s’more with chocolate glaze, mini marshmallows, graham cracker crumbs and chocolate drizzle. Other customer favorites include Churro, Strawberry Shortcake, Lemon Bar and a rotating selection of seasonal specialties. 

Parlor Doughnuts even offers vegan and keto-friendly options, making it easy for everyone to indulge. They haven’t forgotten about four-legged family members either. The Pawlor Doughnut is a dog-friendly treat, so your pup can enjoy a special snack while you indulge. Peña’s Donut Heaven & Grill, 11601 Shadow Creek Pkwy. This Pearland staple has been serving up sweet and savory favorites for more than 16 years! Whether you’re stopping by for breakfast or looking for a midday bite, it offers plenty of options to satisfy any craving. The doughnut selection features countless flavors, including cinnamon sugar, and filled selections such as vanilla, chocolate, Bavarian cream, strawberry, lemon and raspberry—just to name a few.

Peña’s also puts a fun twist on childhood classics by transforming beloved cereals into doughnuts, including Captain Crunch, Fruity Pebbles, and Cocoa Puffs, which have become a hit with their younger customers. If you are looking  to add a savory twist to your experience, try their famous Peña’s Donut Sandwich, a doughnut is sliced in half and turned into a breakfast sandwich. Choose from bacon or sausage with egg, or even make it a chicken sandwich. Add extras like bacon, cheese, and avocado, and you can even turn it into a combo meal! Their newest menu addition, authentic conchas, brings even more variety to their already impressive selection. With sweet treats, savory creations, and something for every taste, there’s truly something for everyone!

PJ’s Coffee, 12640 Broadway. This New Orleans favorite made its way to Pearland in 2018, marking the brand’s 100th location nationwide. While it’s best known for its coffee, there’s one menu item that delivers all the joy of a classic doughnut—its iconic beignets. These hot, pillowy French pastries are fried to perfection and generously dusted with powdered sugar, bringing a true taste of Louisiana to Pearland. Pair an order with one of their signature coffees for a sweet Southern treat that’s well worth the stop. 

Riley’s Donuts, 2527 Broadway, 4909 McHard, 12002 Shadow Creek Parkway. No matter where you are in Pearland, there’s likely a location nearby to satisfy your sweet tooth. While their pillowy-soft doughnuts keep customers coming back, two menu favorites steal the spotlight: the Blueberry Cake Donut and the apple fritter. The Blueberry Cake Donut is rich, moist, and full of flavor, while the apple fritter has become legendary among fritter fans, many claiming it’s one of the best they’ve ever had. And don’t overlook the savory side of the menu—they also serve delicious boudin kolaches, making this a one-stop shop for both sweet and savory breakfast cravings. 

Shipley Donuts, 3409 E Broadway, 9501 Broadway, 12568 Broadway. Of course, no Texas doughnut roundup would be complete without this beloved favorite! Known for its classic glazed doughnuts, Shipley still serves the traditional flavors customers have loved for generations, but also has a few unique creations you may not know about. The Devil’s Food Filled Donut takes a chocolate yeast donut and fills it with a rich, creamy chocolate filling for the ultimate chocolate lover’s treat. The mega-sized Filled Bar Bavarian is another standout. It’s stuffed with Bavarian crème, topped with chocolate icing, and hand-decorated with a sweet buttercream stripe and rainbow sprinkles.For something truly unique, try the Butterfly Roll—a traditional yeast-based dough that’s dusted with cinnamon and rolled into a thick, butterfly-shaped pastry.
