This month’s tasting focuses on Italy’s Central region and final regions will be highlighted on August 14. As guests taste wines from some of the world’s best regions, they can visit executive chef Mark Schmidt’s food stations to taste four different paired dishes.

The cost is $38 per person that includes four wine tastes and four menu bites.

July’s highlighted wines are:

Marotti Campi, Albiano Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi Classico – Marche
Sassoregale Sangiovese – Maremma, Tuscany
Il Feuduccio, Fonte Venna Montepulciano – Abruzzo
Falesco, Tellus Cabernet Sauvignon – Umbria
