Italian-born chef Filippo Cammarata is joining Felipe Riccio of Goodnight Charlie’s and Adam Garcia, chef de cuisine for Goodnight Hospitality’s casual European restaurant Rosie Cannonball, for a dinner on January 4 exploring the influences of travel and friendship.
Following the success of Felipe’s experience cooking and learning in Europe, the Goodnight Hospitality team sent Adam on the road to gain knowledge and experience from restaurants in Portugal, Italy and Napa Valley. While he didn’t have the luxury of spending two years traveling, he spent two weeks at each restaurant and is bringing back invaluable insight and ideas to execute at forthcoming Goodnight Hospitality restaurant Rosie Cannonball.
Cena a Sei Mani provides Houstonians a glimpse into the experiences of these three chefs—travelers, students, creators and (soon) chefs helming their own kitchens.
Will this dinner be a preview of March or Rosie Cannonball? This dinner is inspired by travel and friendship—so not exactly—but the influences and memories from those travels will be integral to the menus of both restaurants.
