Join Brennan’s of Houston and local restaurant news publication Houston Food Finder for The Perfect 10 Gala, a celebration with ten of Houston’s best chefs and ten outstanding drink professionals, including current Brennan’s staff and alumni. The Mardi Gras-themed event starts with a VIP- and sponsor-only cocktail hour with small bites at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday, January 17. The event then proceeds to a seated dinner with six courses starting at 7 p.m.

Cocktail hour chefs are serving small bites and dinner chefs will each serve one course. Each is teamed up with a Houston bartender or sommelier who will select the ideal drink pairing. The featured chefs, sommeliers and bartenders include Brennan’s own team, as well as beloved alumni. Be sure to also visit the Wine Room during the event for a silent auction exclusively benefiting Second Servings of Houston. Second Servings of Houston is the city’s only prepared and perishable food rescue organization that feeds over 175,000 Houstonians in need per year!
