Spring Crawfish Dinner at The Manor House at The Houstonian

Cajun flavors and crawfish-based dishes set the tone for a fun evening at The Manor House. Enjoy a five-course dinner prepared by executive chef Neal Cox and team that includes thoughtful drink pairings to make the most of each bite. Hors d’oeuvres include Shrimp with Tasso and Sugarcane Glaze and “Best Stop” Cracklins’ served with Abita Brewing Co. Andygator and a Texas Two Step cocktail made with Dripping Springs vodka, cucumber, raspberry, lemon and agave. Courses follow with Crawfish Bisque, Crawfish Chile Relleno, Crawfish Boudin Stuffed Quail, Roast Suckling Pig with Crawfish and Grits, and French Market Beignets. Each dish is accompanied by a drink inspired by the flavors such as a martini, Burgundy, or specialty cocktail. The cost is $70.
