Co-owner Morgan Weber and Revival Market Sous Chef Michael Taylor will be discussing where Agricole sources its meats from and why we use the products we use. They will then dive deep into how we break down whole hogs, and how they are used in all Agricole concepts. Heavy bites, highlighting different ways to prepare pork, will be passed and stationary throughout the event – with plenty of beer and wine to accompany it! And if you’d like to bring your own bourbon, that’s absolutely ok!
