Non-Alcoholic Wine Pairing Dinner at Roots Wine Bar

Yes, you read that correctly! SIPPLE is proud to present the first non-alcoholic wine pairing dinner at Roots Wine Bar on Thursday, May 26 at 7 p.m. This one-of-a-kind six-course dinner will feature nine delicious non-alcoholic wines paired by Danny Frounfelkner. Danny is the owner and sommelier of the only non-alcoholic bottle shop in Texas, SIPPLE. Joining Danny will be executive chef André Garza of Roots Wine Bar. Together, this dynamic duo will present guests the opportunity to feast on dishes such as Kosho cured salmon tiradito and roast squab while sipping on the finest non-alcoholic wines.
