Morton’s the Steakhouse Hosts Orin Swift Cellars Wine Dinner

Morton’s the Steakhouse and Orin Swift Cellars are once again hosting “A Taste of Two Legends,” a culinary event held simultaneously at Morton’s locations across the country. (Morton’s Houston location is in the Galleria area.) Guests attending the nationwide celebration on Saturday, March 6 beginning at 6:30 p.m. can enjoy a chef-curated three-course meal featuring four different pours of Orin Swift Cellars’ celebrated wines to accompany the meal. The cost is $150 per person plus tax and gratuity.

The three-course dinner features Seared Jumbo Sea Scallops with Parsnip Potato Puree, Crispy Salsify, and Salsa Verde; a 45-day dry-aged Manhattan Cut with Sautéed Wild Mushrooms and Truffle Butter; a Slow-Roasted Snake River Farms Wagyu Short Rib with Roasted Garlic Cream and Red Wine Demi Reduction; and finishing with Cherry Swirl Cheesecake with Spiced Cherry Compote.
