Knock, Knock, Knockin’ at Heaven’s Door Whiskey Dinner at Étoile Cuisine and Bar

$98Bob Dylan made the lyrics “knock, knock, knockin’ at heaven’s door” famous in song back in 1973 when he wrote them for the movie soundtrack to “Pat Garrett and Billy the Kid.”
Now, some 50 years later, he’s making that door famous again, this time in a glass, and in a roundabout way, knocking at the door of Étoile Cuisine et Bar come Thursday, Sept. 23.
Heaven’s Door Whiskey, a collection of hand-crafted American whiskeys co-created with Bob Dylan, will be the center of attention that night when Étoile hosts a multi-course whiskey dinner on its patio.
Heaven’s Door Whiskey Dinner is a four-course exploration of food created by Chef and co-owner Philippe Verpiand paired with whiskey cocktails created by mixologist Kimberly Paul. The dinner will be held on the patio be at Etoile Cuisine et Bar, 1101-11 Uptown Park Blvd. and begins at 6:30 p.m. The cost is $98 per person plus tax and gratuity. Reservations are required as seating is very limited.
Étoile Cuisine et Bar is located at 1101-11 Uptown Park Blvd in Uptown. It is open daily lunch and dinner seven days a week.
