Craft Creamery is proud to present the January All Star Ice Cream for Dinner Wine Dinner on Tuesday, January 31 at 6 and 8 p.m. Seven courses of unique ice cream, all paired (AF available) will weave some of chef Steve Marques‘s Michelin experiences and end with something special inspired by his own journey. Did you know chef Steve has worked in or been a stagier in 23 Michelin star restaurants over his 40 year culinary career? He brings his cooking expertise and unbound creativity, not to mention interesting stories, to this unique event.
