Celebrate the romance of good company and good food with a five-course, candle-lit tasting menu created by James Beard semi-finalist chef Ross Coleman. Start with complimentary Champagne upon arrival and enjoy a menu that includes King crab deviled eggs, rolled cucumber with sun dried tomato goat cheese and charred pears, chili lobster with candied jalapeño and radish, and 44 Farms pan roasted NY strip with Japanese purple sweet potatoes, crispy leeks and exotic mushrooms. The meal ends on a sweet note with strawberry shortcake and lemon whipped cream. A vegetarian menu is available upon request for $75 per person.
