Filipino Pop-Up at Camerata with Jill Bartolome and the AQUI Team

Camerata is hosting the team behind Aqui Restaurant for a pop-up Filipino meal featuring a modern take on Filipino classics, as well as a range of different sparkling wines from around the world.
Chef Jill Bartolome’s goal to convey a balanced and intimate expression of her culinary experiences as a first generation Filipino American has earned her numerous accolades, including a James Beard semifinalist nomination as Outstanding Pastry Chef. Chef Paul Qui as well as Adam Mathews, former GM of Aqui, will accompany her in the kitchen.
For the pop-up, guests will have the opportunity to try a range of different dishes, from tangy adobo to sweet Halo-Halo. Everything is available for purchase a la carte on a first-come, first-served basis. Camerata is also featuring a range of different sparkling wines by-the-glass to pair with the cuisine. From Pet-Nat to Champagne to Lambrusco, there will be bubbles a-plenty to accompany each dish.
