Executive chef and owner Anita Jaisinghani welcomes Neelam Singh of En Light Living as co-host for the first ever series of Ayurvedic Inspired Workshops at Pondicheri Bake Lab in Houston. Singh is a New York City lawyer by day and an enlightened Ayurvedic consultant by night. The duo is leading a discussion about the practical aspects of Ayurveda and benefits of Pranic breathing. The discussion is followed by a cooking class and dinner with vegetable and grain dishes and spice-infused teas. Part one covers “Yogic Breathing and Sattvic Eating” on Saturday, March 23 and “Food as Medicine, Eating for Your Dosha” is on Sunday, March 24. Take one class for $125 or both for $200.
