Domaine de Cristia Wine Dinner at Etoile Cuisine et Bar

Almost three quarters of a century ago, Etienne Grangeon left his career working in wines owned by others and started his own, small vineyard in the historic wine region of known as Chateauneuf-du-Pape. In the seven decades and three generations of Grangeons since, the Cristia winery has grown and now produces wines as rich as the history of the lands it comes from.

Now, on Tuesday, Nov. 10, Etoile Cuisine et Bar’s co-owner and master chef, Philippe Verpiand, is inviting everyone to come experience this family of wines as he presents a lavish, four-course dinner paired with them.

The dinner begins at 6:45 p.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 10. The cost of the dinner is $122 per person, plus tax and gratuity. Reservations are required by calling 832-668-5808.

This is only the second in-house wine dinner the restaurant has held since the beginning of the pandemic, so space is very limited due to spacing and reservations are required. For safety measures, masks are required on entering, leaving or moving about in the restaurant.

Etoile Cuisine et Bar is located at 1101-11 Uptown Park Blvd in Uptown. It is open daily lunch and dinner seven days a week. Monday-Thursday: 11 a.m.-3 p.m., 5 p.m.-10 p.m.; Friday: 11 a.m.-3 p.m., 5 p.m.-10:30 p.m.; Saturday: 11 a.m.-3 p.m., 5 p.m.-10:30 p.m.; Sunday: 11 a.m.-3 p.m., 5 p.m.-9 p.m. Free valet service is offered for lunch and dinner daily.
