Chinese-American Food Night at UB Preserv

Wednesdays are now Chinese-American Wednesdays at UB Preserv with a different menu each week highlighting Nick Wong’s favorite dishes.
“It’s something I always crave,” said Nick. “This is the food I turn to for comfort, which is something we all need right now. For some people, it’s burgers or pizza or pasta, but for me it’s always Chinese-American food.”
He’s kicking things off with General Tso’s chicken (also Chris Shepherd’s favorite), 1 egg roll, egg drop soup, white rice and wok-fried veggies. Guests can order the full set for $25 or a la carte, available for dine in or takeout/delivery.
