Chef Michelle Wallace will bring b’tween Sandwich Co., the solo sandwich venture she has started after years of delighting restaurant diners with her delectable creations, to an upcoming Lunar New Year Celebration event on Sunday, January 29 from 4 to 8 p.m. at The Ion. Guests of the event, hosted by Have A Nice Day, are in for a treat when they stop by Wallace’s vendor station, as she will be serving up the crowd-favorite biscuit sandwiches that her fans have come to know and love.

Mouthwatering creations will be available at the celebration, which will include a red envelope giveaway for the first 100 attendees with prizes ranging from gift cards to local businesses, vouchers for official Have A Nice Day merch, and cash prizes. There will also be a lion dance, an important ritual in Chinese tradition believed to bring good luck and drive away evil spirits, will take place starting at 6:00 p.m.
