A Bistro Provence Evening with Jean-Philippe Marchand
November 12 @ 7:00 pm - 9:00 pm$140
On Tuesday, Nov. 12, popular west-side French restaurant Bistro Provence at 13616 Memorial is welcoming one of Bourgogne’s most popular winemakers, Jean-Philippe Marchand, back to Houston for an evening dinner to enjoy the foods of Provence and wines from Domaine Jean-Philippe Marchand. Held at the bistro, located at 13616 Memorial Drive near Wilcrest, the dinner will begin at 7 p.m.
Besides the winemaker, who has visited Houston a number of times to promote his wines over the years, special guest for the evening will be Jean-Philippe Guy, owner of the Houston-based French Country Wines (and, incidentally, spouse of Bistro Provence owner, Genèvieve Guy). The Rice Village-area wine shop works directly with the Mr. Marchand and is the only place in Houston where the wines are available for retail purchase.
The cost per person is $140 plus tax and gratuity. A reservation and a $70 deposit via Paypal is required. For reservations, call 713-827-8008 or email [email protected].
